Terms of Service

    Effective 26 September 2026

    Please read these terms before using Sentimentos. They're written to be clear rather than clever.

    1. Agreement

    These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Sentimentos for use of Sentimentos. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Sentimentos for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

    2. The service

    Sentimentos collects customer feedback from sources you connect or upload, measures its sentiment with AI, and shows the results in dashboards, reports and alerts. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance.

    3. Your account

    • Give accurate information, and keep your password safe.
    • You're responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.
    • Tell us at support@sentimentos.io if you think your account has been misused.

    4. Plans and payment

    Some features need a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on our website or agreed with you in writing. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, unless the law says otherwise, aren't refundable. We'll give notice before any price change applies to you.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • break the law, or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
    • use Sentimentos to track, profile, harass or target individual people;
    • connect sources or upload data you're not allowed to use;
    • resell, redistribute or bulk-export third-party content (such as Reddit posts) obtained through Sentimentos;
    • use content obtained through Sentimentos to train AI or machine-learning models;
    • try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security or limits of the service.

    6. Third-party platforms

    When you connect Google, Facebook, Judge.me, YouTube, Reddit or another platform, you also have to follow that platform's terms, and we have to follow them when we fetch data for you. Platforms can change or withdraw access at any time. If that happens, a source may stop syncing, and we aren't responsible for that.

    Reddit content is shown in Sentimentos for your internal analysis only, with a link back to the original post, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sentimentos is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Google, Meta or any other platform.

    7. Your data

    You keep all rights to the data you bring into Sentimentos. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete sources, uploads or your account at any time.

    8. AI results

    Sentiment scores, summaries and other AI results are estimates and can be wrong. Check them before you make important decisions based on them.

    9. Ending the agreement

    You can stop using Sentimentos and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

    10. Disclaimers and liability

    The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

    11. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in advance about significant changes. If you keep using Sentimentos after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

    12. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts decide any dispute.
